About the Author

how many witty things can you place to a picture without being cliche? I am a bassist,  I can play guitar, I know a bit of theory, and I’m in a band. I’m Steve Perman, a 24 year old semi-reclusive pedant who at the age of 18 took off for a small town in upstate New York in search of a more romantic life.  Doing so pretty much ruined what I had going for me when I had graduated high school.  But I don’t care.  I was too dim for the successful people in my class, but too intelligent for the “average” person.  Now I’m here, and at least now I still feel that I have a future ahead of me. I live with my lovely (and AWESOME & Intelligent) fiance Courtney Miller.  She’s currently finishing college for a career in Literature and Writing.  I met her not too long after I moved up here, and well, there’s a long story to it.
